What is DeliveryWaala?

DeliveryWaala has started it's mission to deliver the freshest and most hygienic fruits and vegetables right at your doorstep at market prices in under 90 minutes. We are here to make your mundane, time-consuming f&v shopping experience way more easier and hassle-free.

Where all do you deliver ?

Currently, we are doing hyper-local deliveries in Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundra and Kaushambi and coming very soon to Noida.

What are your Service Hours?

Our operations start at 9 am in the morning and go on until 9 pm. Everyday !

Is this any minimum order ?

There is no minimum order value. However, a very nominal delivery fee of Rs. 30 is levied if the order is below a particular amount depending on the service area.
ie. Indirapuram - Rs. 200
Vaishali - Rs. 250
Vasundra - Rs. 250
Kaushambi - Rs 300

How much time do you take to deliver ?

We commit to 90 Minute Delivery at the moment. But we'd definitely try and reach your doorstep sooner than that.

What types of payment do you accept?

We are offering both Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery at the moment. Soon we would be accepting all major Credit and Debit Cards online, along with Sodexo coupons.

E-wallet will also be available very soon, through which you will be able to add cash from your Debit/Credit Card to your account. This will not only help in calculating and maintaining monthly expenditures on your Fruits and Vegetables, but will also aid in hassle-free checkouts every time you shop with us.

Placing an order

How can I place an order on your website?

After selecting your service area, you can select and add any number of products in the basket by a simple tap on the + button. If you want to remove an item, clicking on the - button will help you do so.

If you want to increase the quantity of any product, you can tap the + button more than once for the same. Your total quantity will be displayed in the basket before checkout.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

I want to Cancel my Order. Is it possible ?

You can always cancel your order before its out for delivery.

I did not find the product upto the mark. Can I return it at the time of delivery ?

We won't give you a chance to complaint, but if at all, you can always give it back to the delivery boy and not pay for the same. Just help us understand as to why you did not like the product, so that we don't end up making such mistakes in the near future.
